Dr. Helen Caldicott in her latest YouTube says we have to globally close all 440? nuclear reactors down immediately! (To prevent extinction!) Dr. Chris Busby blames our present cancer epidemic on radioactive dust from nuclear bomb testing and nuclear power! (It is estimated one in two people will get cancer in the UK)!
If we don’t take heed we leave a legacy of birth defects and cancer caused by Nano sized radioactive dust. We have to stop nuclear power to save the children and life on this planet!
When uranium (The main fuel element in a nuclear reactor, half life of 4.5 billion years!) vaporises it forms a ceramic aerosol of Nano sized dust particles which if inhaled or digested cause cancer and birth defects!

If you inhale one of these Nano sized particles. (Smaller than cigarette smoke particles.) They go straight through the lung membrane into the blood stream which then transports them to the bodies organs- brain, lungs, liver, kidney etc. where they lodge and continually emit alpha particles which mutate the surrounding local cells causing them to turn cancerous, this then develops over a period of time into full blown cancer!
The alpha particles also mutate the- DNA, genes & chromosomes, which cause birth defects which progressively get worse over the generations.

3. Jet fuel and scrap engines are cheap.
4. Three options of fuel.
5. Halt the production of nuclear waste & uranium mining.
6. Halt Plumegate & threat to democracy.
Has anybody got any better solutions?

PROTEST - NO NUKES!
OLYMPIC ARREST OF ANTI- NUCLEAR PROTESTOR (For Public Nuisance etc. Sunday 12 August 2012)
It is estimated
that 1 in 2 people will get cancer which is caused by ingesting or inhaling
radioactive dust as a result of Nuclear Power Stations and Atom Bomb Testing in
the 50s.
When uranium (And other radioactive fuel?) vaporises
it forms an aerosol of Nano sized ceramic dust particles which themselves emit
alpha particles, when inside the body (internal radiation) these alpha particles
constantly bombard the local cells which can become cancerous, over the years
this develops in to full blown cancer!
These Nano sized particles are so small (Smaller than cigarette smoke particles.) they pass through the lung membrane into the blood stream which transports them to other organs where they can lodge and remain for years, not only causing cancer but also damaging the DNA, Genes, Chromosomes etc. Causing birth defects which then increasingly get worse over the generations.
It seems there is no escaping this radioactive dust, which for instance lands on the grass, the cows eat the grass the dust then passes into the dairy produce etc. Also the wind blows it around contaminating the entire globe.

OLYMPIC PROTEST - NO NUKES!
Under the
protection of Article 10 ECHR it was my intention to protest regarding the
above. I intended to climb the 96 meter flying TV camera tower in Millwall Park
and zip-wire across the Thames (Towing
the banner NO NUKES! behind me.) in front of the Battle Ship HMS Ocean and
then pull myself (Uphill) over the
Queens House into the Greenwich Olympic Arena in front of the world’s press!
The Olympic flying spider TV camera runs on a bogy at a height of approx. 300ft, over the Thames along 2 lines (Approx. 1 Km. long.) Stretching from a tower at Lord Wolf’s statue at Greenwich Observatory, along the Greenwich Mean Time Meridian, over the Olympic Stadium, the Queens House, the Cutty Sark, over the Thames, in front of the Battle Ship HMS Ocean, to the tower at Millwall Park.
The tower at Millwall Park was patrolled by security guards and security fencing and had a chained trap door approx. 50ft up the tower. At approx. 4:30pm. I approached the security fencing from what I considered was a blind spot and managed to get under the fence, I was able to climb the tower without being detected, when I reached the iron trap door which was chained I was able to squeeze passed it, I then proceeded to climb to the top of the tower where there was a platform where the TV spider lines terminated. I then attached myself to the structure.
I had anticipated steel lines about 3ft apart but to my surprise found the lines were nearly 5ft apart and of a nylon like substance (Dacron?) I proceeded to attach the rope bogy to the lines, but found that some of the ropes were too short, so I had to modify using other lengths of rope.
Whilst busy doing this I noticed that police officers had cordoned off the park, crowds of people were looking up, police vans, ambulances, stretchers with red blankets had arrived – 2 police helicopters were hovering above and assault helicopters from the Battle ship had taken off.
After I had attached my safety harness and rope-bogy to the lines, I carried out functionality and safety checks but decided that the likely hood of reaching the Greenwich Olympic Arena Tower was remote, and so I aborted the mission and settled for displaying the banner at the top of the tower reading NO NUKES!
After an hour or so I noticed 2 police climbers approaching I shouted down “I’m about to come down” the response was “I wish you had told us that earlier” I asked “What is your mission?” – “To have a chat.” – “Fine.” We had a chat and I said “You’re the boss I will do anything you say”. He sent his colleague for a better safety harness belayed me down first 20 ft. and then we all descended together, when reaching the ground I was handcuffed and arrested for aggravated trespass, public nuisance and criminal damage. I was cheered by the crowd gave a wave shouted No Nuclear Power and then transported to West End Central Police Station- bailed until court on. 24 August, 10:00 am. at West London Magistrates Court, 181 Telgarth Rd. W6 8DN.

I am attaching a copy of a Notice of Discontinuance which I have received earlier today from the Crown Prosecution Service. This confirms that the case against you is in effect being dropped. You will see that the Prosecution have accepted that “there is not enough evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction”.
Under those circumstances neither you nor I need to attend court on Friday of this week, 21st September 2012.

Nukiller Power A Crime Against God. Labour Party Conference Liverpool 2011. 3 arrests 1st Arrest while holding placard
ARREST* 1 Monday 26 Sept. 8:50 am. On access bridge to Echo conference centre. I first arrived at approx 8:30 and positioned myself at the foot of the bridge where it joined the road, displaying the placard -“Nukiller Power A Crime Against God.” I was approached by a community PC who said “I am not going to move you but the protestor’s compound is over there, he then walked away. After 10 minutes or so I moved position (15 yards) to the yellow gate structure on the bridge, others were displaying signs and were distributing leaflets, the lady next to me politely said that she did not agree with my sign and then changed her mind (I think initially she may have misread it?) next to her was a man displaying a sign- “Boycott Israeli Goods.”
After 5 minutes or so 2 police officers (PC8522 & PC648) came from behind me and continued walking to the foot of the bridge I suspected they were talking about me one of them made a radio call, I anticipated a problem and informed the lady next to me my name (At the Echo site [venue of political conferences] for the past 2 years there has been controversy regarding article 10 ECHR rights on private land. The conference centre is on private land with public access however this year it had all been fenced off.)
After approx 1 minute of the radio call I was surrounded by 4 or 5 police officers Sergeant Drennan asked my name I replied “Stuart Holmes” he then orchestrated my removal after I had refused to go to the protestor’s compound stating article 10 ECHR:
“Everyone has the right to freedom of expression, this right includes the right to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.”
I was forcefully removed without arrest (Assault). In his statement Sergeant Drennan states that he recognised my name from a briefing of Operation Escudo. (I had been targeted by the police I had been singled out victimised -Illegal under Magna Carta):
“(29) No free man shall in future be arrested or imprisoned or disseised of his freehold, liberties or free customs, or outlawed or exiled or victimised in any other way, neither will we attack him or send anyone to attack him, except by the lawful judgement of his peers or by the law of the land. To no one will we sell, to no one will we refuse or delay right of justice.”
I was removed to the protestor’s compound in transit I was remonstrating in a loud voice that I had not been arrested, that this was an assault by police and the police were in breach of article 10 ECHR which I quoted as above. As soon as I was released in the protestors compound (Still displaying the banner) I attempted to re-enter the Albert Dock Area (Which has free public access without restriction-check Google maps.) but was prevented from doing so and finally took hold of, I asked if I had been arrested PC 8522 said “Yes”, what for? Obstruction! I was put in the back of the van still remonstrating until the door was shut. 5 minutes later I was informed that I had been arrested for Breach of the Peace, Obstructing an officer in the execution of his duty and Aggravated trespass, I was then driven to St Anne’s Police Station. I was interviewed in the presence of the duty solicitor:
(Cobley’s Solicitors Michael Mckeown m.mckeown@easylaw.co.uk) and shown the police video of the arrest, I refused the bail conditions not to return to the area around the Echo conference centre. I was informed to return to the police station on Friday for the decision of the CPS whether or not to charge me with the alleged offences which then included Theft by finding. When the desk sergeant returned my property which was in a sealed clear plastic bag there was a whole in the bag, I requested a receipt saying the seal had been breached but was refused, the desk sergeant said he would mention it in the custody record, when I asked for a copy I was refused.
I was then forcefully removed from the police station. After checking the contents of the breached property bag my 3 laminated banners were missing I attempted to have them returned but failed. I left the police station at approx 2:30am and returned to point of arrest at approx 3:00am.

ARREST *2. Tuesday I had intended to attend a fringe meeting at Tate Liverpool 12:30 Royal Town Planning. However just outside the Tate I was intercepted by 4 or so police officers accusing me of being in breach of bail conditions, I showed them the bail conditions which stated: NOT TO ENTER THE ALBERT DOCK AREA SURROUNDING THE ECHO ARENA LIVERPOOL UNTILL FRIDAY 30TH SEPT. 2011. The Echo Arena was approx ½ a mile away from the Tate. However they said it says Albert Dock Area and arrested me. I was then escorted by a flurry of officers in the direction of the exit in view of lots of people. They then received a radio call saying “De arrest him” which they did so I then attended the planning meeting. After the meeting had finished and I was leaving a Tate official asked if I had attended the meeting?
ARREST *3. Wednesday 8:00am I had intended attending a fringe meeting at the Hilton Hotel-Demos in partnership with PwC – The Recovery Breakfast: Defining economic policy for the next generation.
However on arrival at approx 7:45 I was informed by one of the organisers Miss Beatruss Carol Burts that it was invite only and that I was not allowed to attend. As it was supposed to be a think tank I asked if I could leave some papers with simple solutions for economic collapse and climate change but was rudely told I could not and was asked to leave which is what I did stating I would inform the press, however on exit from the hotel I was intercepted by several police officers- sergeant 3790 said I have been told by staff they don’t want you to be here I said I’m leaving. He then said something about my bail conditions preventing me from the docklands site, and then told me not to come back to the hotel.
I said the hotel does not have a problem with me I have attended other meetings at this hotel (Tues 17:00 World Vision Briefing- The Fallout of War: the value of health in fragile countries-speakers: Rushanara Ali Shadow minister for Int. Development.) and there is not a problem. I think I asked for the manager who arrived (Duty manager Gary Warring?)
Who confirmed the hotel did not have a problem with me but he would act on the advice of the police. I left the hotel feeling that I had been wronged by the police who were turning people against me! (Operation Escudo)
Just outside the hotel I bumped into ex General Secretary of the Labour Party Lord Larry Whitty I explained the problems I was having with the police and showed him the bail conditions he agreed to escort me into the Albert Dock Area which he believed was within the bail conditions- we went up to the Premier Inn Hotel where we were intercepted by 2 police officers regarding my bail conditions and the incident at the Hilton Hotel after the conversation with the police Lord Whitty was satisfied that the police had confirmed that I was being targeted as a result of my name being mentioned in Operation Escudo. After the police departed a member of staff of the hotel started asking me questions?
Lord Whitty then departed via the bridge into the Echo centre and I exited the Albert Dock without further interception by the police. However later that day at 1:00pm I returned to the same location alone and was arrested for obstructing the police and breach of bail, I then started remonstrating that the police were in breach of Article 10 ECHR and Magna Carter (Victimisation via Operation Escudo) this was filmed by the mobile film unit and by a PC with a cam corder. I was taken back to St Anne’s Police Station and released at approx 5:00pm The CPS decided to drop all the charges through the week apart from the first obstruct police on the Monday I responded to that charge by saying “That’s not correct” but thought that the obstruct police charge was for Wednesday not Monday.

On Wednesday 14th April approx 12:40 pm. I was stood outside 4 Millbank holding a paper sign saying “NUKILLER POWER NO”. Mr Carr holding a placard approached me expressing concerns regarding his arrest the previous day for assault and that he may be arrested again whilst displaying his placard, I said he had nothing to fear because he was protected by article 10 ECHR and agreed to go with him to college green.
On arrival at the green Mr Carr stood some distance from a BBC crew and was approached by them asking him to go away an argument broke out and Mr Carr was accusing the BBC of telling lies which had resulted in his arrest the previous day- 3 Parliamentary police officers were present and the BBC made representations to them regarding Mr Carr. It seemed the police were of the opinion that as long as Mr Carr complied with his bail conditions (That he remained10 Meters from the TV camera.) that was sufficient.
Mr Carr was stood next to me, he was displaying his placard and I was displaying my sign, the BBC were insisting that Mr Carr should go away, I remarked that they were interfering with ECHR under Article 10 and made the comment that we should democratise the media and that I had not voted for the BBC and that the BBC constitution stated that controversial issues should be treated with due impartiality and balance and that the BBC had been the greatest promoters of cigarettes, transmitting over 400 hours of tobacco sponsored programmes per year such as Embassy World Snooker etc.
PC P617 came over to me asking my details etc. I was repeating what he said in a loud voice and included my solicitors phone number, I asked the officer if I was breaking the law he said “No” He gave me a receipt saying:
“Above male spoken to by police on Abingdon Green Westminster. Male was holding a sign saying “NUKILLER POWER NO” male was shouting and causing a nuisance causing a film crew to halt filming.” (Time 12:55 pm.)
After the film crew had packed up and left the green PC P855 (Who arrested Mr Carr the previous day?) approached Mr Carr saying now the TV cameras have gone there is no need for you to be here, I remarked that Mr Carr was an intelligent man and it was up to him etc. PC P855 left; I then decided to get my soapbox from my bicycle, on return Mr Carr departed.
I stood on the soap box first quoting Article 10 (Which I dictated.) and then making a presentation regarding the dangers of Nuclear Power, I was then approached by PC P617. I accused him of being in breach of Article 10 (Interference by public authority.) And asked him to go away which is what he did. PC P409 then approached asking if I had SOCPA authorisation I said I was acting under the protection of Article 10 ECHR he said you need SOCPA I said that article 10 over ruled SOCPA he then showed me his watch asking if it was showing the correct time pointing to Big Ben, there was a tree obscuring Big Ben, when I stepped off my soap box to view he arrested me for breach of SOCPA. (Time of arrest 1:19 pm.)
I was taken to Charring Cross Police Station and when interviewed by WPC Roberts CPU I responded by saying “I was acting under the protection of Article 10 of the European Charter of Human Rights – That just about covers it!” No comment was replied to further questions. I refused the bail conditions (Which was not to enter a 1 Km. area around Parliament) was charged with section 134 (2) SOCPA, 132(1) (B) and 136(2) SOCPA 2005. My reply to the charge was “I was operating under article 10 of the ECHR and I don’t feel as though I am involved in serious organised crime… I was kept overnight taken to court the next day, the duty solicitor argued the word demonstration was not defined and Article 10 had supremacy. The judge allowed unconditional bale but said if I demonstrated I would be arrested?

This article shall not prevent States from requiring the licensing of broadcasting, television or cinema enterprises. 2) The exercise of these freedoms, since it carries with it duties and responsibilities, may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or the rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.
SOCPA -134 Authorisation of demonstrations in designated area (2) The Commissioner must give authorisation for the demonstration to which the notice relates. 132 Demonstrating without authorisation in designated area (1) Any person who— (b) takes part in a demonstration in a public place in the designated area, or 136 Offences under sections 132 to 135: penalties (2) A person guilty of an offence under section 132(1) (b) or (c) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.

On arrival at the green Mr Carr stood some distance from a BBC crew and was approached by them asking him to go away an argument broke out and Mr Carr was accusing the BBC of telling lies which had resulted in his arrest the previous day- 3 Parliamentary police officers were present and the BBC made representations to them regarding Mr Carr. It seemed the police were of the opinion that as long as Mr Carr complied with his bail conditions (That he remained10 Meters from the TV camera.) that was sufficient.
Mr Carr was stood next to me, he was displaying his placard and I was displaying my sign, the BBC were insisting that Mr Carr should go away, I remarked that they were interfering with ECHR under Article 10 and made the comment that we should democratise the media and that I had not voted for the BBC and that the BBC constitution stated that controversial issues should be treated with due impartiality and balance and that the BBC had been the greatest promoters of cigarettes, transmitting over 400 hours of tobacco sponsored programmes per year such as Embassy World Snooker etc.
PC P617 came over to me asking my details etc. I was repeating what he said in a loud voice and included my solicitors phone number, I asked the officer if I was breaking the law he said “No” He gave me a receipt saying:
“Above male spoken to by police on Abingdon Green Westminster. Male was holding a sign saying “NUKILLER POWER NO” male was shouting and causing a nuisance causing a film crew to halt filming.” (Time 12:55 pm.)
After the film crew had packed up and left the green PC P855 (Who arrested Mr Carr the previous day?) approached Mr Carr saying now the TV cameras have gone there is no need for you to be here, I remarked that Mr Carr was an intelligent man and it was up to him etc. PC P855 left; I then decided to get my soapbox from my bicycle, on return Mr Carr departed.
I stood on the soap box first quoting Article 10 (Which I dictated.) and then making a presentation regarding the dangers of Nuclear Power, I was then approached by PC P617. I accused him of being in breach of Article 10 (Interference by public authority.) And asked him to go away which is what he did. PC P409 then approached asking if I had SOCPA authorisation I said I was acting under the protection of Article 10 ECHR he said you need SOCPA I said that article 10 over ruled SOCPA he then showed me his watch asking if it was showing the correct time pointing to Big Ben, there was a tree obscuring Big Ben, when I stepped off my soap box to view he arrested me for breach of SOCPA. (Time of arrest 1:19 pm.)
I was taken to Charring Cross Police Station and when interviewed by WPC Roberts CPU I responded by saying “I was acting under the protection of Article 10 of the European Charter of Human Rights – That just about covers it!” No comment was replied to further questions. I refused the bail conditions (Which was not to enter a 1 Km. area around Parliament) was charged with section 134 (2) SOCPA, 132(1) (B) and 136(2) SOCPA 2005. My reply to the charge was “I was operating under article 10 of the ECHR and I don’t feel as though I am involved in serious organised crime… I was kept overnight taken to court the next day, the duty solicitor argued the word demonstration was not defined and Article 10 had supremacy. The judge allowed unconditional bale but said if I demonstrated I would be arrested?

This article shall not prevent States from requiring the licensing of broadcasting, television or cinema enterprises. 2) The exercise of these freedoms, since it carries with it duties and responsibilities, may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or the rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.
SOCPA -134 Authorisation of demonstrations in designated area (2) The Commissioner must give authorisation for the demonstration to which the notice relates. 132 Demonstrating without authorisation in designated area (1) Any person who— (b) takes part in a demonstration in a public place in the designated area, or 136 Offences under sections 132 to 135: penalties (2) A person guilty of an offence under section 132(1) (b) or (c) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
